Meeting of the Garatium of the Republic of Vestina chaired by the President

The next session of the Garacium of the Republic of Vestina was held under the chairmanship of the President of the country. The main topics on the agenda were the reform of legislation and consideration of the Concept of the Digital State.

During the discussions, the deputies agreed on the main directions of the reform of the legal system. It is expected that the key regulatory legal acts will be updated, aimed at transforming the Republic of Vestina into a digital state of the future.

The Garacium expressed unanimity on the need to adapt the regulatory framework to modern requirements and accelerate the development of key bills.

The central topic of the meeting was the consideration and approval of the Concept of the Digital State of the Republic of Vestina, for which citizens had previously voted. The document envisages a comprehensive transition to a digital model for managing government processes and services.

The main directions of the Concept include:

  1. Creation of a single e-government platform that will unite all government services in a convenient digital format.

  2. Development of the state's digital infrastructure .

  3. Modernization of the electronic voting system , which will make elections more transparent and accessible.


The President noted that the implementation of the Digital State Concept is not only a technological but also a social project that will increase the level of citizens' trust in the state. Particular attention at the meeting was paid to the draft law on elections and referendums presented by the President. The document is aimed at modernizing the electoral system and expanding the use of electronic voting.

The main provisions of the bill:

  1. The introduction of electronic voting at all levels of elections and referendums, which will increase the transparency and convenience of citizen participation in political life.

  2. Strengthening guarantees for the protection of voter data and introducing a multi-level cybersecurity system.

  3. Introduction of the possibility of voting using mobile devices , which is especially relevant for citizens located outside the Republic of Vestina.

The President stressed that the new law on elections and referendums is a key step towards digitalization of public administration. He stressed the importance of adhering to the principles of openness, equality and trust in the process of implementing the new mechanism. Expected results:

  • Increasing voter turnout by simplifying voting procedures.

  • Reducing the costs of holding elections through digitalization of processes.

  • Increasing citizens' trust in the electoral system through the introduction of transparent and controlled technologies.

  • The possibility of holding quick and safe referendums on important issues of national importance.

    During the discussions, parliamentarians supported the initiative and noted that this draft law will become the basis for a new, more modern and effective electoral system of the Republic of Vestina.

The President expressed confidence that the successful implementation of electronic voting will become an example for other countries and will confirm Vestina’s status as a progressive digital state.

The President concluded the meeting with the words:

We are on the threshold of a new era - the era of a digital state, where every citizen will have access to modern, efficient and safe services. It is in our hands to create a future that will become the basis for the prosperity of the Republic of Vestina.
