The President spoke at the Garacium of the Republic of Vestina

On April 19, 2025, the President of the Republic of Vestina addressed the people and representatives of state institutions, summing up the events that took place during his temporary absence due to health reasons.
The Head of State expressed gratitude to the Government, the deputies of Garacium and civil society for maintaining political stability, the coordinated work of all branches of government and the consistent implementation of national programs during this difficult period. The President noted that despite external and internal challenges, the Republic of Vestina demonstrated resilience, unity and a high level of civic responsibility.
In his speech, the President especially emphasized the need to begin a comprehensive review of a number of current legal norms, as well as initiate the development of new bills that meet the modern challenges and demands of society. The Head of State called on the deputy corps of Garacium, members of the Government, the scientific and legal community of Vestina to take an active part in this process.
The President paid special attention to the issue of further modernization of the Digital State of Vestina. In his speech, he presented a package of proposals, including:
Development of the law "On digital contracts and transactions" - to regulate and legalize smart contracts that ensure transparency and legal protection of all digital agreements between citizens and organizations.
Revision of the provisions of the Constitutional Law "On the President of the Republic of Vestina" in terms of the positions of his powers and the procedure for taking office/removal from office.
Revision of the provisions of the Law "On state symbols of the Republic of Vestina".
The President emphasized that Vestina should become the flagship of digital reforms, where technologies serve people, strengthening trust in the state and creating comfortable living conditions for every citizen.
In conclusion, the Head of State expressed confidence that only through the joint efforts of the government and society will the Republic of Vestina continue its progressive development and maintain the status of an advanced, legal and social state.
