ON AWARDING A. BLUM WITH THE ORDER OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF VESTINA

       For outstanding contribution to the development of bilateral relations, diplomatic equality between the Republic of Vestina and the Republic of Victorio, and in commemoration of the celebration of the National Statehood Day,

I DECREE:

1. To award the President of the Republic Victorio ALEXANDER BLUM with the Order of the President of Vestina.
